BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Sriram Iyer
Sriram Iyer is a Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of international experience in operations, P&L management, governance, and risk across manufacturing, trading, and technology sectors. He currently serves as Group COO and Board Member of Pacific Inter-Link (PIL Group), a US$4 billion diversified enterprise. His career includes leadership roles with VMware Inc., NCR Corporation, and KPMG. At SIMA, he contributes his extensive leadership and governance expertise to guide strategic direction and operational excellence
Zuzer Morawala
Zuzer Morawala has extensive experience in the building materials and hardware trading industry across the UAE. Having led commercial operations for companies such as Mohd. Ashoor Building Materials LLC and Al Azher Hardware Trading, he has developed deep expertise in client relations, market development, and team leadership. With a background in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University, he brings a strong commercial acumen and customer-focused approach.
Nikita Sriram Iyer
Nikita Iyer is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in audit, compliance, and financial management. She has held roles with Ernst & Young, National Overseas Corporation, and Agronik Global Trading LLC, which she founded. Her expertise spans financial governance, supply chain management, and strategic client advisory across Asia and the Middle East. At SIMA, she contributes her strong financial acumen and global business insights to the board’s strategic direction.
